Healthy Food Habits for Kids

    Kids ages 7-12 are invited to join us along with a special guest educator from the RI Community Food Bank Healthy Habits Nutrition Program. This informative session will focus on creating healthy habits. Children will learn about the importance of hydration, how to fuel their bodies with nourishing foods, and essential daily habits to keep them energized throughout the day.
