Knit with others who support Project Linus and donate what you make! Project Linus is a 100% non-profit volunteer group that provides security through handmade blankets for children. This is not a knitting class but you may get help from the other knitters, if needed! Lots of yarn and needles have already been donated and are available for your use. Meditation for a Stress Free Holiday

Getting a little stressed as the holidays get closer? Join us on Wednesday, December 6th at 6:30 PM to hear Dr. Alan Post, long-time meditator, discusses the extraordinary effect of meditation. According to Dr. Post, the scientific community is continuing to explore the use of meditation as a healing modality. Meditation can reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, and enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium.

Adult & Teen Craft Class

Do you like to make things?  Join us for this month's craft class: Christmas ornaments! Each person can personalize a clear Christmas ornament and add to it to make it your own!

This program is open for adults, teens and tweens. The library provides all the supplies and instructions. Please register by stopping in or calling the reference desk 333-2422 x22 so we have enough materials for everyone!
